Found this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Safeway on Colusa Highway in Yuba City. It's a navy blue 24-inch hard-shell suitcase with a bright red luggage tag and a noticeably scuffed corner from travel. There’s a built-in TSA lock and a slightly stiff zipper, and the inside lining has a faint coffee stain from a spill during a layover. There’s also a small green sticker on the bottom edge with the letters 'SM' that stood out to me.
