Matte black Samsonite 26-inch rolling suitcase found nearby

I found a matte black Samsonite 26-inch rolling suitcase this afternoon around 3:45 pm, behind the Safeway on Colusa Highway in Marysville, Yuba-Sutter. It's a hard-shell case with a few scuffs on the corner and a bright red zipper pull that makes it easy to spot. There is a faded blue luggage tag in the top pocket with the name K. Nguyen, and a gray fabric strap looped on the handle. Inside, a few clothes and a travel-size toiletry kit suggest it's used for longer trips.
