Found a beautiful silver hand-made bracelet with small blue stones near Yuba-Sutter Park.

I found a beautiful silver bracelet with small blue stones on my morning walk around the Yuba-Sutter park yesterday. It looks like it might have some sentimental value as it appears to be hand-made. I placed it in a safe spot hoping the owner will notice it's missing.
