I found this orange tabby this afternoon around 3:15pm, hanging out near the Shambles on Parliament Street, York. He's a medium-sized cat with a white chest, green eyes, and a tiny scar on his left ear. He's wearing a blue reflective collar with a small bell and a tag that might say Milo. He seemed calm and friendly once I spoke softly, and he's a bit dusty from the pavement but otherwise in good shape. If this matches your cat, send me a message and I’ll help reunite you.
