I found two ID cards this morning around 7:15 am near the Riverwalk behind the Wilmington Convention Center on Front Street. One is a City of Wilmington employee ID on a blue lanyard with a tiny silver dolphin charm clipped to the badge holder. The other is a campus ID in a clear green sleeve with a university logo and the name 'Priya Patel' barely visible. They were lying on the ground by the bike racks next to the riverfront cafe. If these belong to you, I’d like to help get them back safely.
