Description
Yesterday around 3pm I lost my red-eared slider turtle on the Arkansas River trail near Riverside Park in Wichita. It's about 5 inches long, olive-green shell with yellow markings, and a bright red stripe behind each eye. There's a tiny dent on the front left edge of its shell and a faint blue patch on the underside. This is my daughter's pet and it has sentimental value—she's really attached to it after years together. If you found it, drop me a line here and we can arrange a meetup near the Riverside Park kiosk; I can bring some leafy greens as thanks.
