Found blue hard-shell suitcase with lock and possible name tag in the Wichita Falls mall parking lot.

I found a blue hard-shell suitcase in the parking lot of the Wichita Falls mall yesterday around noon. It was just sitting there, and nobody was around to claim it. The suitcase is slightly scratched but still in very good condition. It has a lock that I didn't try to open, and it might have a name tag on it.
