Yesterday around 3pm I lost my black North Face backpack on the C&O Canal towpath near the Hagerstown Roundhouse Complex on Locust Street. It's a medium-sized pack, black with gray straps and a small red zipper pull on the main compartment; there's also a faded blue patch on the front pocket and a bright yellow tape measure tucked in the outer pocket. Inside are photos and a small notebook that means a lot to me, so this backpack has sentimental value. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back; I can verify ownership with the photos and the notebook’s contents. Thank you.
