Electric blue Nike running jacket with lime zippers

I found an electric blue Nike running jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Diddle Arena on WKU's campus, near the south parking lot. It's a men's size L, lightweight with lime-green zipper pulls and reflective trim along the sleeves. Inside the left pocket there's a tiny monogram tag with the initials 'JR'—a solid identifying feature. The jacket is in good condition, just a little wrinkled from being in a backpack.
