Found a friendly white fluffy cat with a blue collar but no tags near a driveway in Western Illinois.

I found a friendly white fluffy cat near my driveway in Western IL yesterday. It seemed to be lost and was meowing a lot. I gave it some food and drink, and it seems to be well-cared for. It has a blue collar but no tags. I'm hoping to find its owner soon!
