Found a black North Face backpack containing personal items near the riverbank in Western Illinois.

Description

I found a black North Face backpack while walking my dog along the riverbank in Western IL. It looks brand new and is packed with some personal items, including a water bottle and a sketchbook. If someone is missing it, I would like to return it to its owner.
