Lost Breeds near Capitol Market

I lost my Breeds last Saturday at about 8:00 PM outside Capitol Market in Charleston, in the old part of town. The folder labeled 'Breeds' with notes on dog breeds and training was in my tote; it's not fancy, but it holds weeks of work. I remember chatting with a vendor about a brindle photo and turning back to grab my coat, only to find the bag lighter with the folder gone. The brick street lamplight felt heavy that night, and I worried about someone misplacing it as much as I did. If you found it, please help me get it back to its owner.
