Description
I lost my cousin Hazel Brown yesterday around 3pm in Charleston, West Virginia (old). She was wearing a bright blue puffer jacket, a gray scarf, and dark denim jeans. She's about 5'6", with shoulder-length curly black hair and a small star tattoo on her left wrist. She has a faint scar on her right ankle. We last saw her near Capitol Market on Capitol Street, outside the old City Hall building. I’m really worried and just want her back safely; she’s a kind, gentle person and this is tearing us up.

Meet in a safe, public place
- Police stations, café entrances, transport hubs, and shop foyers all work.

- Avoid private homes, car parks at night, or isolated locations.
Bring someone with you
- Tell a friend or family member where you are meeting and when.
