Blue Ruffwear harness with lime trim, lost near Capitol Market

I lost my blue Ruffwear Front Range Harness, size Medium, yesterday around 3pm near the Capitol Market on Capitol Street in Charleston, WV. It's navy blue nylon with a lime-green reflective trim and a sturdy black quick-release buckle. There is a small yellow paw-shaped tag attached to the D-ring, plus a faint scuff on the left strap from daily walks.
