Description
I lost my black leather Tumi briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the old Capitol Market on Capitol Street in Charleston, West Virginia's historic East End. It's a 15-inch laptop briefcase with a built-in padded sleeve, and there's a small dent on the bottom corner from a spill last month. Inside I had a stack of work documents and a framed photo of my grandmother—the bag has sentimental value, and I really need it back. A gold-tone initial tag on the handle reads 'A.J.' and the royal blue lining is slightly worn; if you found it, please email [email protected].

How to safely get your item back

- Request a clear photo of the item from an angle you did not post.
- Do not pay any release, shipping, or storage fee.
- Do not share your full address until you have verified them.
Meet in a safe, public place
- Police stations, café entrances, transport hubs, and shop foyers all work.

- Avoid private homes, car parks at night, or isolated locations.
Bring someone with you
- Tell a friend or family member where you are meeting and when.
