Black satin evening gown with pearl neckline

I lost my black satin floor-length evening gown yesterday around 6:15pm near The Bullring's main entrance on Corporation Street in Birmingham, West Midlands. It's a UK size 10 from Marina Couture, with a pearl-embellished neckline and an emerald-green satin lining that peeks out at the hem. There's a tiny satin bow at the back with a pearl charm and a couple of loose threads along the left seam. The dress has sentimental value—a gift from my mother for a milestone birthday—and I really need it back for a family event this weekend.
