Silver hoop earrings with amethyst stones found Wenatchee

I found a pair of earrings this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Pybus Public Market entrance on Worthen Ave in Wenatchee. They're silver hoops about 3/4 inch in diameter, with tiny amethyst stones along the bottom and a small heart charm on one side. They look barely worn and came with a small black velvet pouch I picked up from the sidewalk. If these belong to you, describe the stones and the pouch, and where you last saw them to claim them.
