Lost silver charm bracelet with heart and star charms, possibly left on a bench at Victory Field, Watertown.

I misplaced my silver charm bracelet, which has several small charms attached including a heart and a star, while I was walking my dog around Victory Field in Watertown last weekend. I remember taking it off to check my phone, and I think I left it on the bench. It's sentimental to me, and I would really love to get it back.
