Framed abstract painting with blue-gold hues
Description
I lost my framed 11x14 abstract painting yesterday around 3pm near the Waterloo Center for the Arts on 5th Street. It’s in a white wooden frame with a tiny dent on the bottom left corner and features blue-and-gold swirls on a gray background. The back is signed "M. Kapoor" and there’s a small sticker that reads "River Pulse – Limited Run #12." It was a gift from my grandmother, so it’s very sentimental to me, and I’d be grateful to have it back. If anyone found something matching that description in the downtown Waterloo area yesterday afternoon, I’d appreciate any help locating it.

- Request a clear photo of the item from an angle you did not post.
- Do not pay any release, shipping, or storage fee.

Meet in a safe, public place
- Police stations, café entrances, transport hubs, and shop foyers all work.

- Avoid private homes, car parks at night, or isolated locations.
Bring someone with you
- Tell a friend or family member where you are meeting and when.
- Share your live location with them during the handoff.
- For high-value items, consider contacting your local police station for advice first.
Keep communication on lostandfound.io
