Found a set of keys this morning around 7:15am outside the Dupont Circle metro entrance on 19th St NW, Washington DC. They’re on a bright blue nylon lanyard with two brass house keys, a Honda car key with a chipped plastic head, and a small black rubber tag that has an enamel penguin charm. There’s also a tiny copper bottle opener keychain and a faint cat-printed sticker on one key. I’m posting because I know these probably belong to someone who needs them back, and I’d hate for them to be lost again.

I found a set of keys this morning around 7:50am on the ground outside Union Station's main entrance, along Massachusetts Ave NE in Washington DC. The bundle is on a bright blue nylon lanyard with a small metal carabiner and a tiny flashlight keychain. There are a few keys: one is a dented Yale house key, another is a Toyota car key with a red plastic cover, plus a little black USB drive and a red rubber tag that says 'HOME.' I lost my Space Gray iPad Pro 11" yesterday around 3pm near the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum on the National Mall, along Independence Ave SW. It's in a black Belkin keyboard case with a red silicone bumper and there's a small crack along the bottom edge from a drop last week. The back has a white Wanderer sticker and a gold Apple Pencil sits in the sleeve. It holds a ton of notes and photos, and it feels sentimental to me; I really need it back since it's loaded with class materials and memories. Lost black fanny pack/small purse. Brand: REI (REI Co-op). Contains purple wallet, keys, etc. Leaving the area in a couple weeks, urgent. I definitely had it in the Building Museum. Walked to American History Museum (past law enforcement memorial and post office pavilion), then from American History to Union Station. Realized I lost it while on the train.
