Found a silver wristwatch with a black leather band and a small scratch on the face near Freedom Plaza.

I found a silver wristwatch with a black leather band while walking in Freedom Plaza. It has a small scratch on the face, but it looks like it's still in good condition overall. I picked it up on my way to a coffee shop on a Saturday morning and would love to return it to the owner if they can describe it to me.
