I found a small black leather crossbody bag while walking through the Visalia-Tulare farmers market last Saturday. It was near the entrance and seemed to have been left behind. The bag has a gold chain strap and a few personal belongings inside, including a lipstick and a wallet. I'm hoping to return it to its owner as soon as possible!
