Missing man in blue jacket with glasses

Hi, I'm looking for my friend, Arman Singh. He's about 6'0" with a salt-and-pepper buzz cut, round glasses, and was wearing a blue windbreaker, dark jeans, and red sneakers yesterday around 3pm near the Visalia Public Library on Main Street. He has a small compass tattoo on his right forearm and tends to limp a bit when tired; he also carries a grey backpack with a red rain cover. I'm really worried—this isn't like him and I really need to know he's safe. If you've seen him, please contact me with any information.
