Gold bracelet with charms found near Royal BC Museum

I found this gold bracelet this afternoon around 2:15pm on Government Street, right outside the Royal BC Museum in Victoria. It's a delicate 6.5-inch gold-plated chain with a tiny heart charm engraved with an initial 'M' and a small anchor charm. The clasp bears a faint GP stamp and there are a few micro-scratches along the band.
