Blue Novo Nordisk insulin pen in blue case

Yesterday around 3pm, I realized my blue Novo Nordisk insulin pen in a matching light-blue hard case was missing. I last used it at a coffee shop near the Parliament Buildings on Belleville Street in downtown Victoria and searched the area, retracing my steps past the bookstore and the corner taxi stand, but I couldn't find it. The pen has a white label with my patient ID that's partially peeled, and the cap has a tiny sticker of a green leaf I added myself for quick identification. It's essential for my daily diabetes management and holds a lot of sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandmother; I really need it back.
