Keys on green lanyard with Vermont charm
I lost my keys yesterday around 4pm outside the Burlington Farmers Market on Church Street in downtown Burlington, VT. They were on a bright green paracord lanyard with a small Vermont-shaped enamel charm and a black USB drive labeled 'Trip 2024.' The keys include a brass Yale house key, a car key fob for a Honda, and a dented apartment key; all on the lanyard. This set has sentimental value because it's my daily access to home and my bike lock. If anyone found them, text or call me; I can meet near Ben & Jerry's on Church Street to pick them up and say thanks.
lost: two brooches in Burlington, Vermont.
I lost my grandmother's heirloom brooches on Tuesday, around 4:15 PM, at Church Street Marketplace in Burlington. They’re a pair: one silver-tone with a tiny heart, and the other a cobalt-blue stone set in brass. I remember browsing window displays near the benches by the Clock Tower when the crowd swelled, and I must have slipped them from my scarf. It felt like a part of me disappeared in the ripple of coffee steam and the clanging of bike bells. If someone spotted them on the gray flagstone, I’d be grateful to hear they found their way back to me.
Lost Canines in Vermont near Burlington
I was walking my Canines on the Burlington Bike Path near Waterfront Park last Friday at 7:15 p.m. when a gust pulled their leashes and they bolted toward the marina. The pink evening light made it hard to spot them among the crowd, and I rushed after them past the Church Street Marketplace and toward the shoreline. I am scared they will wander into traffic or into the woods behind the lake, and I just want them home where they belong.
