I found this silver-tone bracelet this afternoon around 4:15pm along the Oxnard Beach Park boardwalk near the Esplanade and Harbor Boulevard. It's a 7-inch bracelet, slightly tarnished, with a tiny sea turtle charm and a small blue bead that slides along the chain. There’s no obvious brand, the clasp is a standard lobster claw, and the charm is cute but not flashy.
