Found a hand-painted ceramic vase with vibrant floral designs on Ventura Pier beach.

I came across a beautiful hand-painted ceramic vase while walking along the Ventura Pier yesterday. It has vibrant colors and delicate floral designs, and appears to be a unique piece. I can't tell exactly how it ended up there, but it was in the sand close to the water. If anyone thinks it might be theirs, please reach out!
