Blue neck pillow with compass charm

I found a blue memory-foam neck pillow this afternoon around 3:15pm in the Channel Islands Harbor parking lot off Spinnaker Drive, Oxnard. It's navy blue with a small silver compass charm on the zipper pull and a CloudRest tag stitched on the inner cover. There's a light coffee stain near the seam and a faint sea-salt smell from the harbor air. It looks gently used but the fabric is in good shape, and I figured someone might be missing it after a day out at Ventura County's harbor area.
