Found a blue nylon dog leash with a silver clip and a small fray, near the bike path in the Utica-Rome-Oneida area.

I found a blue, nylon dog leash this morning while walking my own dog around the Utica-Rome-Oneida area, just off the bike path. It looks pretty new, and there’s a silver clip at the end. If this is yours, you can identify it by a small fray on one side. I wanted to be sure to return it to its owner, so please reach out!
