Lost blue reusable insulin pen near park in Utica-Rome-Oneida, New York.

I lost my blue insulin pen while walking my dog in the park near Utica-Rome-Oneida last Sunday. It’s a reusable device with a few doses left and is very important for my diabetes management. I really need to have it back, as I can't afford to replace it right now.
