Blue dragon plush with orange wings

I lost my blue dragon plush with orange wings yesterday around 4pm near the Utica Public Library on Genesee Street. It's a 12-inch Gund plush, navy-blue fleece with an orange belly, and tiny white stars on the paws—definitely a children's toy in the Children's Toys & Games category. The left wing has a small frayed edge and there's a squeaker that makes a soft squeal when squeezed. This toy came from my grandmother and it means a lot to my kid, so I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it.
