Lost cat: gray tabby with white paws near Broadway

I lost my gray tabby cat yesterday around 5pm near the Rose Garden and Market Street in Tyler, East TX. She has white paws, a tiny notch in her right ear, and a small white heart-shaped patch on her chest. She was last seen wandering toward Broadway Ave near the Tyler Rose Garden, and I'm really worried because she's shy and won't respond to strangers.
