Found this plush dragon toy this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Target on South Broadway Ave near Broadway Square Mall in Tyler, TX. It’s about 7 inches tall, red with a soft green belly, and a blue scarf with white polka dots tied around its neck. There’s a tiny yellow star stitched on the left foot and a small tear on the right wing, but the toy is still cuddly and in decent shape overall. I’m posting here because I can’t imagine how upset a kid would be losing a friend like this, and I’d love to help get it back to its owner if you recognize it. It clearly has sentimental value, so please reach out if this is yours.
