I found a lovely hand-painted ceramic vase while walking my dog near the park in Tyler, East TX. It has intricate flower designs and is about 12 inches tall. I can’t imagine someone would just leave it behind—maybe it fell from a car or was dropped on a walk. If it belongs to anyone, please reach out to me so I can return it!
