Description
I found a black leather briefcase at the Tyler Public Library today around 3 PM. It appears to be in excellent condition and has a distinctive silver clasp. There were some documents and a laptop inside, but I didn't want to go through any of them. I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner, as I could tell it must be important.
