Navy parka with detachable faux-fur hood

I found a navy blue parka this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the CVS on Main Street in Elmira, NY. It's a men's XL Columbia winter parka with a detachable faux-fur hood and an orange zipper pull that really stands out. The coat is in decent shape, with a few light rain marks on the sleeve and a small scuff near the pocket, but otherwise clean. I left it near the bike rack by the CVS entrance in case the owner comes back looking, and I’m happy to hold onto it for a bit.
