Navy blue North Face jacket lost near Perrine Bridge

I lost my navy blue North Face jacket yesterday around 3pm. I was wandering along Falls Avenue near the Perrine Bridge overlook in Twin Falls when I realized it wasn’t on me anymore. It’s a men's medium, windbreaker-style jacket with a bright orange interior lining and white zipper pulls. There’s a small tear on the left elbow and the inside pocket holds a faded photo of my dog. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it has sentimental value and I’m really hoping to get it back.
