Black leather handbag with gold hardware

I found this handbag this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Magic Valley Mall on Blue Lakes Blvd in Twin Falls. It's a medium-sized black leather handbag with gold-tone hardware and a small scratch along the bottom corner. A pink tassel hangs from the zipper, and the floral lining peeks out when I open the inner pocket.
