I found a Seiko 5 stainless steel watch this afternoon around 3:20pm near the Tuscarawas County Courthouse on Market Street in New Philadelphia. It's a Seiko 5 automatic with a blue dial, brushed stainless bracelet, and a tiny scratch near the 7 o'clock position. The back is engraved with the initials 'A.R.' and the case shows light wear from daily use, but the watch still ticks and keeps good time. If you recognize this, I’d really like to get it back to its owner; I know how important a watch like this can be.
