Description
I lost my blue waterproof rain jacket while walking my dog near the Tuscarawas Park last Saturday. I think it might have fallen off when I stopped to tie my shoelaces. It's a medium size with a hood, and there are a couple of small inside pockets. It would mean a lot to me if someone found it, as it was a gift from my parents.
