I was walking along Market Street around 3:15 p.m. last Sunday when I spotted a stack of quilts behind the Tuscarawas County Courthouse in New Philadelphia. They’re handmade, with floral and geometric patterns, and some show wear from generations of use. I picked them up to keep them safe and headed toward the post box to share them here. If these belong to someone, I hope the stories stitched into the fabric find their owner again.
