I found a set of chairs behind the Tuscarawas County Courthouse on West High Street, New Philadelphia, around 4:15 PM on Sunday. A mix of metal folding chairs and a wooden dining chair with a faded blue cushion were piled by the alley behind the building. They looked used for a neighborhood gathering, maybe a church supper or yard sale, the kind that leave a little dust on your palms.
