I found a brown leather messenger bag while walking my dog near the Tuscarawas Co park around 4 PM yesterday. It was just sitting by a bench, and it seems to be in good condition. There are some personal items inside, and I believe it belongs to someone who comes to this park frequently. Please reach out if you think this might be yours!
