I found a cat this afternoon around 3:45pm near the Gathering Place on Riverside Dr in Tulsa. It's a medium-sized orange tabby with white paws, short fur, and a bright blue collar with a tiny bell. There is a small notch in his left ear and green eyes that look curious but gentle. He seemed hungry but relaxed after I offered a little tuna, and he let me check for a microchip.
