Green budgie with orange cheeks missing near Gathering Place

I'm missing my green budgie with orange cheeks. He's about 4 inches tall, vivid green body, yellow head, white wing patches, and a tiny red beak. He wears a light blue plastic leg band stamped 'MNG-12' and has a small white scar on his left wing. I last saw him yesterday around 3pm near the Gathering Place along Riverside Drive by the boathouse. He's been a cherished part of our family for years, a bright, cheerful presence during tough days, and I really need him back. If you see him, please message me right away.
