Found blue and black mountain bike with unique stickers and custom seat near access trail in Tri-Cities park.

Description

I found a blue and black mountain bike abandoned near the access trail in the Tri-Cities park yesterday afternoon. It looks to be in good condition, but there was no one around when I found it, and I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner. The bike has some unique stickers on the frame and a custom seat.
