Emerald-green velvet gown with beaded neckline

I lost my emerald-green velvet evening gown yesterday around 7:15pm near the Courtyard Theatre on Riverside Ave in Tri-Cities. It's a floor-length Amsale dress, size 6, with a beaded neckline featuring tiny emerald and clear crystals, and a satin ribbon belt. The fabric is a bit torn at the left sleeve and there's a faint coffee stain along the hem from the gala last week. It means a lot to me—it was a gift from my grandmother, and I really need it back for a charity event this weekend. If anyone found it, please contact me; I'm incredibly grateful to have it back.
