I found a black 28-inch Samsonite rolling suitcase yesterday around 4pm behind the Publix on Port St. Lucie Blvd and US-1 in Port St. Lucie, Treasure Coast. It's a hard-shell case with a matte finish and a few scuffs on the corner, but it’s solid. There’s a bright blue luggage strap and a red name tag with the initials 'M.S.' on the zipper, and the interior gray lining shows a folded polo shirt and a travel-size kit.
