Silver bracelet with heart charm

I've got a silver-tone bracelet that slipped off yesterday around 3pm near the Kansas State Capitol on SW 10th Ave in Topeka. It's a slim, 6-inch silver bracelet with a tiny heart charm; the charm has a small blue sapphire inlay and there's a faint scratch on the clasp. Inside the clasp, someone engraved the initials 'A.J.'—so it’s pretty distinctive. It was a gift from my grandma and means a lot to me, so I’m really hoping someone found it and can get it back to me.
